Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to follow the live delivery status of your package through the carrier's website.

Tracking information is typically activated within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also view the current status of your order at any time by visiting the Orders page in your account.

Packaging

All Zentanode devices are carefully packed in secure, industrial-grade packaging designed to withstand transit conditions. Every shipment is fully insured against loss and damage during transport.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery to parcel lockers or pickup points is possible where supported by the carrier.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties or additional import taxes.

For non-EU destinations (UK, US, CA, AU, JP, KR, SG, NO, CH), the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.

Risk of Loss

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer only upon physical delivery of the goods to the buyer, in accordance with section 446 and section 475(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Returns

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
